Daniel is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the property sector. He has advised numerous clients on a wide range of project and building consultancy matters. Instructions include specification and contract administration of refurbishment, fit-out and repair schemes; dilapidations (on behalf of tenants and landlords); and Technical Due Diligence Reports. Daniel has also been involved with a number of project monitoring appointments. Daniel is a keen sportsman and was a professional rugby player with Cardiff RFC prior to embarking on a career in property. He has also recently represented Wales at touch rugby in the over 40s category.
